What is Needed for the Role

● Good exposure and understanding of market dynamics of BFSI technology with a focus on the Banking industry and Financial Sector. ● Ability to work across Western Central and Northern India geographies. ● Create revenue strategies, account plans, and business processes for dedicated account management. ● Work closely with our partners/clients across the respective territories to deliver on revenue targets. ● Responsible for all Customer communications to be driven by the organization. ● Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problemsolving. ● Excellent written and oral communication skills. ● Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement. ● Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership. ● 6 - 10 years of experience with an IT company.

What You Will Work On

● End-to-end client acquisition and relationship in the market. ● Ability to engage in active conversation with the customers ● FS Segment, Enterprise software Selling. ● IT Industry, Application Selling. ● Extensive, good learning, and adaptability. ● Build Client Relationships. ● Acquire new logos and Identify partnerships. ● Develop Market ground-up. ● Prefer track record of achieving revenue targets. ● Build alliances with consulting firms for market development activities. ● Continuously develop accounts to ensure repeat business, combined with a proactive focus on developing new business opportunities.

Instead, we look for skills that have been gained, regardless of how long they’ve, it has taken a person to gain those skills. However, as a point of reference, historically, Surya has successfully recruited candidates for this role with 6-10 years of prior experience
